I was sent undercover to work with Luke Hobbs as a DSS Agent. My real loyalties belonged to Owen Shaw. I was his recon. I'd tell him what Hobbs and Toretto were planing so he'd always be one step ahead of them.

They thought they could end me by shooting a harpoon through my chest. Boy, were they wrong. Now I'm back and ready for some revenge.

Everyday is exactly the same.

Riley took the radio in her hand and began to fiddle with it. She opened up the back and took out the battery. Looking at the wires beneath the battery pack she scanned over each and everyone, trying to find if it was broken. Finally she came over a green one that seemed to have been damaged. Hicks placed the radio in her lap as she took both ends of the wire and twisted them together, trying to get a spark to tell her that it was working.

When the agent placed the battery pack in and snapped the back panel into the radio, she turned the nob trying to find the channel that Rebecca’s team was on.

"What radio frequency does your team use?" Riley asked, ignoring the negativity coming from the medic.

bsaachambers:

Rebecca was surprised she could actually fix the thing, let alone possibly find a signal.909 MHz.” She kept her eyes on the surroundings as Riley began to attempt to find signal. "T-thanks by the way."

furious-riley-hicks:

"No problem." Hicks replied, turning the nob to find the channel, "If we want to get out of this thing, we have to work together."

Finally a signal came through the speaker as she handed the radio to Rebecca, “Here. Call in for an evac.”

Riley sat there, watching as Chambers communicated with her team. She ejected her mag, counted how much ammunition she had left, and slapped it back into the chamber.

Zzz

rebeckychambers:

Send “Zzz” to hear my character mumble something about yours in their sleep.

"The fucking radio’s broken!" Her own yelling wakes her up. What?

Hicks stayed awake to take the first watch when suddenly a loud noise screeched throughout her ears. The Agent spun around to see Rebecca yelling as the sound vibrated throughout the walls.

She ran over to the brunette and cupped her hand over her mouth, “Shhh! If you yell like that you’ll get us both killed!” Riley whispered but in a commanding like tone.

The choppers hadn’t come to evacuate them yet, but the radio was indeed fixed. The two women just had to hold out for a little bit longer, that is, if the medic didn’t get them both killed!

Midnight Beers : Riley & Gisele || Open ||

furious-riley-hicks:

"You got some moves, Gisele." Riley laughed, smiling at the other woman.

She moved her body to the rhythm of the drums, twisting her feet back and fourth with the quarter time of the bass, thumping her fists in the air with the snare. Hicks was incredibly drunk, but she was still capable of standing and talking. She just didn’t act like herself.

The Agent was usually always extremely serious, and it was rare for anyone to ever see a smile on her face. Although, when she got drunk, it was like a completely different her, one only a few people would get to see.

giselexharabo:

Gisele laughed back, “You do too!” She shouted, the loud music mixing into a different song. She jumped and fist pumped and twirled into the crowd. She loved to forget about everything and having a night with a friend to just mess around with and going out of her caution. She laughed and screamed in happiness.

"Get it girl!"She told Riley as she saw her bust her best moves.

image

furious-riley-hicks:

Hicks laughed at Gisele’s enthusiasm. She’s never seen the Israeli act like this before, although, Harabo probably hasn’t seen Riley like this either. They were both out of their comfort zones, but who cared, they were both drunk as hell.

The world spun around the agent. Lights blinded her eyes, the music defend her ears, but she didn’t care. She didn’t have a care in the world at that moment, because she only had right now. Riley’s mind would usually wonder from past to present to future when she was sober. She’d always be thinking, always be planing, but now, while her guard was down, she was just having fun.

Riley grabbed onto the other woman and spun her in a twirl, “Haha.” She laughed, “Try not to puke with that spin, Harabo!”

Kicked out of Tokyo || Riley & Takashi

furious-riley-hicks:

"Sadly no. My old teammates are all dead, thanks to Toretto." Hicks let out a soft sigh, glancing back towards the other man, "He’s capable of drifting, so don’t underestimate him. He’s a fan of muscle cars, which usually have a shitty suspension system, but… he does modify his cars to perfection. So unless if you have a ride faster and more agile than his, you’ll probably want to do some more modifications on," riley looked at his car, "This."

The ex-agent walked over to the passengers side door and opened it up, “May I?” She questioned.

driftkingtakashi:

Takashi looked at her, “Of course.” He answered. ” This is the only car I race in. Motor is fine, I’ll show you once we get to my place.”He smirked at her as he shifted the gear and stepped on the gas, driving away quickly. “Toretto must be someone… powerful if he must have finished your friends, I apologize for the losses.” He said looking over at her, shifting gears again. “Don’t worry, Toretto will pay.” He promised her.

furious-riley-hicks:

Hicks got into the car and watched as the world blurred by. Listening to Takashi’s words, images of Owen and her former teammates flashed through her mind. They weren’t ever really much of a family, because Owen only thought about precision. If someone died he’d get another pawn to replace him, and that’s how things went. Riley on the other hand was someone completely different. She wasn’t a pawn, she was a queen. Her variety of skill sets made her valuable to Shaw. Maybe he was just using her, but she knew that they had chemistry, and she wasn’t going doubt what she believed to be true.

Owen was the closest thing she had ever had to love, or the closest emotion to love. Riley just wasn’t a lovely kind of person in general. She’d usually always be serious and extremely focused on her task. Which was great for being an Agent and everything, but it didn’t really give her much time to make a personal life for herself. And she didn’t want one either, but Owen was of a different matter. There was something about him that she liked very much, and now that he was gone, she was going to do all that she could to avenge his death.

"I’d love to kill Toretto…" She stated, "but we have to start from the ground up." Her mind created a wicked plan, because she knew how to destroy people from the inside, "First, take away his pride and honor, then destroy his family. Make him watch as they fall apart, and then kill them one by one. Save him for last, because he’s loyal to a fault. And being loyal means he’s predictable. Sooner or later, he’ll be begging for me to put a bullet in his head." Maybe she sounded insane, who knew, who cared, all she wanted was blood.

Midnight Beers : Riley & Gisele || Open ||

furious-riley-hicks:

"Sounds like a plan." Hicks replied, "I should really get out of this place anyways."

The Agent stood up from her seat, placing some money down on the counter for the bartender, and began to walk towards the exit. The two women made their way on over to the club. Riley pushed open the door and held it for Gisele. Her eyes scanned the location, seeing a dance floor, a DJ, and groups of people chatting.

She wasn’t much of a dancer really, but she always did love a mosh pit, even if it was just on a dance floor. Hicks just loved the chaotic energy and the physicalness of it all. So naturally, in her drunken state, she wandered on over to it and began dancing.

Moving her body to the rhythm of the DJ’s playlist, she glanced back over towards Gisele and waved her arm, asking the other woman to join her on the dance floor.

giselexharabo:

A party was something Gisele had never done. She had never gone clubing or drinking. Riley was a great friend and so she thought, why not.

Gisele took the agent’s hand and began to dance along with her. letting the music move her body, She was a little drunk but she didn’t care, it felt good to let go and have someone to let it go with.  Gisele laughed as she saw Riley do her best dance moves. Gisele placed her hands up and danced like no other day.

furious-riley-hicks:

"Okay…" Riley didn’t really care about what the other man did, she just cared about getting her revenge. "So, what’s the plan? You going to go around to every bodies garages and… recruit?"

Hicks didn’t know exactly what was going through Takashi’s mind. She thought it would be better if their ‘team’ was on the down low. They could find people, make a plan, and then challenge Toretto out of the blue. So Dominic wouldn’t be expecting a thing, and he’d think it was just some buster being cocking, believing that he could take on the so called ‘Champ’ of the LA Streets.

driftkingtakashi:

Takashi looked over at her as she spoke. “Not exactly.”He replied as he walked up to his car. “I have a crew in Tokyo, I will recruit them here.”He smirked. “We will need more,of course. If you are interested in bringing your own, I will be more then happy to receive them into the team.”He explained as he climbed in driver’s seat.

"This Toretto, What else is there to know about him?"He asked as he turned on the engine.

furious-riley-hicks:

"Sadly no. My old teammates are all dead, thanks to Toretto." Hicks let out a soft sigh, glancing back towards the other man, "He’s capable of drifting, so don’t underestimate him. furious-riley-hicks:

"Not yet." Riley said, trying to come up with a plan, "Is your radio broken or is the signal just not coming through? We can possibly contact your team if I can try and fix it."

She sighed, remembering her radio was broken and shattered to pieces from a bullet. If the two women couldn’t get in touch with either of their teams, they were definitely, definitely, screwed.

"If that doesn’t work, then… I guess we’ll just have to hold out until someone else calls for an immediate evac. We’ll most likely see the chopper and we are able to follow it to it’s landing area." Hicks thought it quite logical.

  bsaachambers:

She handed her the radio, giving her a shrug. "No signal, but if you can fix it please be my guest." It was a most frustrating situation, being in a war-zone without her teammates; just knowing they abandoned her was enough.

With her past, Rebecca knew a helicopter might just be a long shot, or shot down. "That’s if the enemy doesn’t blow it up…" Way to be optimistic there Becca! She tried thinking positively, she really did, but she also didn’t want to be absolutely naive either.

Kicked out of Tokyo || Riley & Takashi

furious-riley-hicks:

"If it means destroying Toretto’s life-I mean-hopes and dreams." An evil grin danced across her face, "It would be my pleasure."

This could work out quite well, Riley thought. This might be the way to get her revenge on Dominic for killing her boyfriend. Toretto loved these streets, and he loved ruling them. Yes, she knew that their old life of stealing banks and ripping off drug lords were over, but the Toretto’s could never miss a good race. It was in their blood, and their motto was in fact, ‘Ride or Die.’

If this stranger from Tokyo really was all he said to be, Dominic would most likely accept the challenge. After all, he does have a gas tank for a brain.

"When do we start?" Hicks questioned.

driftkingtakashi:

Takashi saw the smile on her face growing, she seemed happy about his words.

"How about today? I must find a crew to challenge Toretto."He explained to her as he smirked back at her. "With a crew, we will be our best, I have a friend in Tokyo who could come of an assistance."He added as he began to walk to a different direction. "Come." He indicated.

furious-riley-hicks:

furious-riley-hicks:

"Ha." Hicks forced a laugh, "No. Just…" She shrugs her shoulders, "Nothing better to do than this… I guess."

Riley was clearly intoxicated but she could hold her own when it came to alcohol. It took a lot to make her black out, or even close to it.

"But don’t worry. I won’t pass out on you." Her brown eyes glanced up to the other woman as a sly smirk formed across her lips. "Although, I would find it quite amusing if you tried to carry me to a cab."

Harabo may have been in the army, but when it comes to strength that was all Hicks. Gisele was an amazing marksman, but Riley doubted that she could lift her 144 lbs ass.

image

giselexharabo:

Gisele laughed a little as she took a sip of her beer. “How about we… close control for one night? Go to the club a couple of blocks down, do some damage.” She explained as she placed her beer down.

It was rare when Gisele asked to party, it was different and she never had done it in her life, but Riley was almost drunk, so.. why not?

"Likewise." Riley gave him a gentle smile, returning her hand back down to her side, "Occasionally." She admitted, "I’m great behind the wheel when it comes to jobs, and I’ve raced here and there."

What she said was true. When she was with Owen she would be one of his best drivers, as well as his best undercover spy and fighter. She had an array of skills. Mainly she was talented in fighting, but she was a damn good driver as well. Sometimes she was reckless, but you don’t get anywhere if you don’t take the risks.

driftkingtakashi:

Takashi’s lips grew into a smirk, “Wonderful.”He answered as he studied her. It was something that would mean of use to him, gain a group of racer who seemed to be disgusted by Toretto, like this young female was.

"I have a job of my own, I am here to challenge Dominic Toretto to a race, if I win, he no longer will run these streets, Drag racing isn’t my style, I am from Tokyo, In Tokyo we drift. A complete different cultural technique vs. the united states."He explained keeping his story short. "How would you like to be of an assistance?"He asked.

"1327, East Kensington Road." Hicks stated. Her dark brown eyes scanned his facial features, it seemed as if he was homesick. She didn’t understand why a man that had traveled to Los Angeles would look the way that he did. Maybe he was forced to come here, whatever the reason, it was none of her business, and she wasn’t going to ask.

Changing the subject from Dominic Toretto to something better, Riley extended her arm out for a proper hand shake, “Names Riley Hicks. You?”

driftkingtakashi:

Takashi took her hand in his, shaking it softly and gently. “Pleasure,Riley. My name is Takashi.” He introduced himself as he let go of her hand.

Takashi was able to remember the address, He smirked at her once before asking, “Do you race?” Wondering that if she did race, maybe she would be of assistance to him. Although she was a complete stranger, she seemed worthy of doing so. It was out of the question but Takashi was willing to ask in order to regain what he used to be.

Kicked out of Tokyo || Riley & Takashi

furious-riley-hicks:

Riley stood on a street corner, waiting patiently for the light to change. She wore her hair in a high ponytail, a brown leather jacket on top of a white tank top, and her usual cargo pants with black combat boots. Ever since Spain and the incident with the Toretto’s Hicks had just been trying to live a normal life. And she actually was enjoying it, well, to an extent. She did miss Shaw and she probably always would, but nothing she did was going to bring him back. The ex-agent just had to continue moving through life, without getting caught by the cops and put behind bars.

Suddenly a calm voice chimed through her ears. It was a man who seemed to have a Japanese accent. Riley turned around to face who had spoken to her, seeing that he was bowing. She was not accustomed to this kind of greeting, so she just stood there, listening to his question.

"You could call me that." Hicks replied simply, she truthfully wasn’t much of a citizen of anywhere, due to the fact she had pretty much betrayed every government agency known to man, "And yes." She nodded to the stranger, "Only drag racing though. If you want more intel I suggest you go see Dominic Toretto. He supposedly ‘rules’ these streets." Bringing up the topic of Toretto always irritated her, but she actually wanted to help this kind gentleman.

 driftkingtakashi:

She was wearing clothes that seemed to be as if she was an officer, an officer that was retired but yet willing to break into justice. Clothes he had never seen a woman wear. In Tokyo, girls would dress provocative, unlike here where girls dressed normal. All this was new to Takashi.

He missed Tokyo, the city where he grew up in, where he ruled the roads like the woman just described. His eyebrows raised when he herd the name, a name he never herd of bur wished to hear more of. But her face expression seemed irritable to be mentioning the name. He nodded once before speaking once again.

"I hope you do not mind me asking, Where can I find this..Dominic Toretto?"He asked. A plan hatching in his ind about racing him, like he did with Sean except this time with this Toretto man, a race that would name the new kind of the roads, possibly re-gaining his name and dignity.

furious-riley-hicks:

Kicked out of Tokyo || Riley & Takashi

driftkingtakashi:

It wasn’t that far ago when Takashi was banished and kicked out of Tokyo. A disrespect and embarrassment to his uncle, Kamata. A disappointment to his skills that have gone bad while on the final race that would have given approval to Sean. And so it did give him approval, an approval Takashi wished never happened. Right now, the drift king would have been having the roads to himself. But now, that name has died and all his dignity has gone with his name.

Takashi has made his mind about living in the United States, a new adventure for him and since his uncle had ordered him to never return, he did what he wished. The United States was a place he had never encountered or been to, This, was a new place for him. Hoping atleast in the city what seemed to be named Los Angeles had racing, one thing he was unable to leave in the dirt.

"You seem to be a citizen of this city, may I ask, is there racing around here?"He bowed respectfully. Something his uncle had taught him, something that would remain with him forever, even if he was no longer a drift king.
